Wine With Spirit produces red wines from Ribatejo, in the Tejo region of central Portugal. The winery works with indigenous Portuguese varieties—Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Trincadeira, and Castelao—alongside international grapes like Aragonez and Cabernet Sauvignon. Voyeur Carpe Noctem, a blend of Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, and Touriga Franca, represents the winery's top expression. Dine With Me Tonight Tinto and Bread & Cheese Tinto round out the portfolio, each drawing on the region's warm continental climate and granite-rich soils to build structured, fruit-forward reds.
