The winery works with the region's signature varieties: Grüner Veltliner and Riesling, both bottled at the Federspiel classification—the middle tier of Wachau's three-level quality system, denoting wines of substance and aging potential. The Grüner Veltliner Federspiel carries the variety's trademark white pepper and herbal spine, while the Wachau Federspiel Riesling expresses the stone-fruit and floral character Riesling achieves in this cool climate. Both wines have been assessed by Falstaff.
