Yatir Winery produces wines from the Judean Hills, Israel's elevated limestone plateau where cool nights and diurnal temperature swings shape the character of the fruit. The winery's portfolio centers on Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon—varieties that thrive in this continental climate—alongside white wines built on Viognier. The Petit Verdot stands as a singular expression of the varietal's structure and dark fruit intensity. Forest, a Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot blend, marries the power of both grapes into a cohesive whole. White Mt.
