Zantho produces wines from Austria's Burgenland region, where continental climate and lake-moderated conditions favor both dry whites and noble-sweet expressions. The winery works primarily with Grüner Veltliner and Scheurebe, grapes well-suited to the region's terroir. Its Eiswein—a Grüner Veltliner affected by noble rot—and Beerenauslese from Scheurebe represent the winery's focus on concentrated, late-harvest wines. A Grüner Veltliner Brut rounds out the portfolio, capturing the variety's mineral character in sparkling form. These wines have been assessed by Falstaff, Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, Decanter, and Wine Enthusiast.
