Zeni
Zeni produces wines from Trentino, in the Alpine foothills of northern Italy where cool mountain air shapes the character of the vintage. The winery works with grapes native to the region—Teroldego, which yields structured reds with mineral depth—alongside international varieties adapted to these high-altitude vineyards. The Lealbere Teroldego Rotaliano, made from Teroldego grown in the appellation's signature terroir, represents the winery's commitment to the grape's potential. Moscato Rosa, a pink-skinned variety of Muscat, offers aromatic complexity in a delicate frame. Piazzole Sauvignon Trentino, crafted from Sauvignon Blanc, captures the brightness and precision that cool-climate viticulture imparts to the variety. Wine Spectator has rated these expressions, reflecting their technical merit within the broader context of Alpine Italian winemaking.
