Question 1

Is it worth going out of your way for?

Accepted Answer

It's a destination for those seeking a structured, unhurried meal in a local suburban setting rather than a city-centre spectacle. It offers refined cooking and a deliberate pace, making it a worthwhile trip for diners who value that experience over convenience.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

It's for local residents and visitors who appreciate a meal as a social ritual. It suits couples, small groups, and business dinners where conversation and measured pacing are priorities, not fast turnover.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

Embrace the multi-course menu format. Approach the meal as a ritual: begin with an aperitif and allow space between courses. The kitchen focuses on refined Belgian-French cuisine, so expect seasonal, honest cooking.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

Check the opening hours, as it is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Reservations are recommended, particularly for weekend lunches and weekday evenings.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

Plan for an unrushed evening or a drawn-out lunch. The service cadence is steady and supportive of time at the table. The interior is cosy, and acoustics can be lively when busy.
