Question 1

Is it worth going out of your way for?

Accepted Answer

It's a strong neighborhood bar for natural wine, best if you're already in the Mission or specifically seeking that low-intervention, drink-first atmosphere. It's not a city-wide destination for cocktails or fine dining.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

It's for locals and visitors who want a serious, unhurried wine bar experience. The crowd is a drinker who moves fluidly between spirits and the bottle, valuing curation and atmosphere over spectacle.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

Let the wine list guide you. The program favors low-intervention producers, with 11 wines by the glass including pét-nat on tap. Pair a glass or bottle with bar bites like the cacio e pepe deviled eggs.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

Reservations are available via Resy. Given its neighborhood scale and focus on lingering, it's also walk-in friendly, especially earlier in the evening.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

It's smart casual, opens at 5 PM, and is closed on Sundays. The room is designed for slow pacing and conversation, not loud celebrations. Expect warm, moody lighting and music that pairs with the natural wines.
