Aaldering
Aaldering produces wines from Stellenbosch, in the Coastal Region of South Africa's Western Cape. The winery's portfolio centers on distinctive expressions of regional varieties and international grapes. Florence Sauvignon Blanc—Chardonnay, a white blend, has drawn attention from Wine Advocate, Decanter, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Falstaff. The Shiraz, built from the classic warm-climate variety, offers the structure and dark fruit character typical of South African examples. Pinotage Blanc, made from the country's signature red variety vinified as a white wine, represents an unconventional approach to a grape more commonly seen in darker styles.
