Acquadiaccia
Acquadiaccia produces Chianti Classico across three tiers from its vineyard in central Tuscany. The entry-level Chianti Classico centers on Sangiovese, the region's signature variety, offering the bright acidity and red-fruit character typical of the appellation. The Chianti Classico Riserva, also Sangiovese-based, represents a step toward greater complexity and aging potential. At the top sits the Gran Selezione Chianti Classico, a blend of Sangiovese and Canaiolo Nero that reflects the traditional Tuscan approach to structure and depth. All three wines have been assessed by major critics including Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, and Decanter, positioning the winery within the broader conversation around Chianti's quality tier.
