The winery focuses on Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, grapes that thrive in the region's maritime influence and diurnal temperature swings. The Dry Stack Vineyard White, a Sauvignon Blanc, and the Dry Stack Vineyard Pinot Noir anchor the portfolio, joined by a Dry Stack Vineyard Rosé of Pinot Noir. All three have been rated by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, and Decanter.
