Albino Rocca

Albino Rocca produces Nebbiolo-based Barbarescos from the Piedmont region of Northern Italy. The winery's portfolio centers on expressions of this demanding varietal, which thrives in Barbaresco's steep, south-facing hillsides. The Barbaresco Vigneto Brich Ronchi Riserva and Barbaresco Angelo represent the winery's core offerings, both built from Nebbiolo fruit. A third expression, Duemilasette Barbaresco, rounds out the range. Nebbiolo in Barbaresco yields wines of structure and complexity—high tannins, acidity, and aromatic intensity that reward patience. The wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, and Falstaff.
