The winery's flagship Amarone della Valpolicella blends Molinara, Rondinella, and Corvina Veronese, grapes native to Valpolicella that yield dark, structured wines. A Classico expression follows the same blend formula with tighter geographic boundaries, while the Classico Riserva, built from Rondinella and Corvina, represents extended aging in the cellar.
