Algueira produces wines from Ribeira Sacra, a steep-terraced region in Galicia where Atlantic influence and granite soils shape distinctive expressions of local varieties. The winery's Dolio, a blend of Brancellao, Mencia, and Sousón, demonstrates the complexity these indigenous grapes achieve in this demanding terrain. Albariño from the region expresses mineral precision and aromatic intensity; Algueira's Albarello exemplifies this character.
