Exeo, a white blend of Viognier and Chardonnay, represents the winery's approach to complex, age-worthy whites. The sparkling program centers on traditional Cava varieties—Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Parellada—crafted in the méthode champenoise style, including the 10 Gran Reserva Brut Nature and the Cava Evolucio + Mirgin Exeo Gran Reserva Brut Nature, which incorporates Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc for added depth. These wines have been assessed by Decanter, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Wine Advocate, reflecting their standing within serious wine criticism.
