Amorotti
Amorotti works with the native grapes of Abruzzo, a region in central Italy where Mediterranean warmth meets Apennine altitude. The winery produces Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, the region's signature white—a wine of mineral precision and subtle fruit that reflects the limestone soils and cool nights of its terroir. Its Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, made from the dark-skinned variety that defines red winemaking here, shows the structure and earthy depth characteristic of the grape. Both wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast. Abruzzo's position between coast and mountains creates distinct growing conditions: enough elevation to preserve acidity and freshness, enough sun to ripen grapes fully. Amorotti's focus on these two regional pillars anchors the winery in a tradition of varietal expression rather than blending.
