Asara Wine Estate produces wines from Stellenbosch, the Coastal Region's premier terroir in South Africa's Western Cape. The winery's portfolio centers on two distinct expressions: The Bell Tower, a structured Bordeaux blend of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc, and the Vineyard Collection line, which includes a focused Cabernet Sauvignon and a crisp Sauvignon Blanc. The Bell Tower and Vineyard Collection Cabernet Sauvignon have both earned recognition from Wine Advocate, Decanter, and Falstaff. The Sauvignon Blanc, bright and mineral-driven as the variety demands, rounds out the core range. Stellenbosch's clay and granite soils, combined with maritime influence from False Bay, shape wines of depth and balance across red and white varietals.
