The winery's portfolio centers on two expressions of the region's signature varietal: Saporoia Brunello di Montalcino, a structured interpretation of Sangiovese aged in oak, and Saporoia Rosso di Montalcino, a younger, more immediate version of the same grape. Both wines have been assessed by major critics including Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, Falstaff, and Decanter. The Brunello, with its deeper aging potential, represents the winery's more formal statement; the Rosso offers earlier accessibility. Montalcino's elevation and clay-rich soils shape Sangiovese into wines of notable tannin and acidity—characteristics that define the region's classical style.
