Begali Lorenzo operates in Verona, at the heart of Veneto's Valpolicella Classico zone. The winery focuses on the region's signature dried-grape wines: Amarone and Recioto, both expressions of the appassimento method that concentrates fruit and tannin into dense, complex reds. The Riserva Monte Ca' Bianca Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, built from Corvinone, Corvina, and Rondinella, represents the winery's top-rated offering. The standard Amarone della Valpolicella Classico adds Oseleta to the blend, a traditional Valpolicella variety that brings herbal structure. The Recioto della Valpolicella Classico, lighter and sweeter, draws on Rondinella and Corvina for its character. These wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, Wine Spectator, and Falstaff.
