The Riserva Monte Ca' Bianca Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, built from Corvinone, Corvina, and Rondinella, represents the winery's top-rated offering. The standard Amarone della Valpolicella Classico adds Oseleta to the blend, a traditional Valpolicella variety that brings herbal structure. The Recioto della Valpolicella Classico, lighter and sweeter, draws on Rondinella and Corvina for its character.
