Benedetti operates in Valpolicella, the Veneto region of northern Italy renowned for its distinctive dried-grape wines. The winery produces Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, a wine built from Rondinella, Corvinone, and Corvina Veronese—grapes that, when dried and fermented, yield the region's characteristic richness and structure. The Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore, made from Molinara, Rondinella, Corvina, and Corvinone, represents the secondary style that defines the appellation's range. A third expression, Croce del Gal Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, adds Croatina to the core blend.
