Bixio
Bixio produces wines from Valpolicella, the historic red wine region of Veneto in northern Italy. The winery works with the classic grapes of the zone: Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, which define the character of its portfolio. Its Amarone della Valpolicella Classico—a wine of concentrated fruit and structure made from dried grapes—and Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore, which gains depth from contact with Amarone pomace, represent the region's dual expression of power and elegance.
