Blankenhorn produces wines from Baden, Germany's warmest wine region, where continental climate and varied soils support both classic German varieties and international grapes. The winery's portfolio centers on three flagship wines: Sonnenstück Chardonnay GG, a Grands Cru expression of the region's capacity for structured white wines; Spätburgunder Trocken, the dry Pinot Noir that defines Baden's red wine identity; and Cabernet–Merlot Trocken Barrique, a Bordeaux-style blend aged in oak.
