Bocopa produces wines from Alicante, in Spain's Valencia region, where Mediterranean warmth and coastal influence shape the character of local varieties. The winery works with Monastrell and Tempranillo, grapes that thrive in this sun-exposed terrain. Their 888 Tempranillo–Monastrell blend achieves depth through the structure of Tempranillo and the dark fruit density of Monastrell. Bocopa also crafts rosés: a dry Monastrell Rosé and an organic Heredad de Almizra Tempranillo Rosado, both expressions of how the region's heat translates into pale, mineral-driven wines.
