The Bouvet Ogmius Saumur Brut, a blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay, represents the winery's core expression and has earned recognition from Decanter, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, Falstaff, and Wine Spectator. The Instinct Saumur Cuvée du Millénaire Brut, also built on Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay, offers another benchmark for the house style. A varietal Chardonnay Brut rounds out the portfolio.
