Cabert produces wines from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the northeastern Italian region known for its mineral-driven whites and elegant reds. The winery's Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso—made from the indigenous dark-skinned variety—shows the structure and depth that define this Friuli classic. Alongside it, Cabert crafts sparkling wines: a Prosecco Extra Dry from Glera, the grape behind the region's celebrated bubbles, and a Ribolla Gialla Brut, a drier expression of another local white varietal. All three have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, and Wine Spectator.
