Candialle produces wines from Chianti, the heart of Tuscany's classical wine region. The winery's portfolio centers on Sangiovese, the traditional backbone of Chianti, expressed through both the Chianti Classico Riserva and the single-varietal Mimas. Alongside these, Candialle crafts Circe, a Petit Verdot and Merlot blend that demonstrates the winery's range beyond regional convention.
