Canonica a Cerreto produces wines from Chianti, the heart of Tuscany's Sangiovese country. The winery's portfolio centers on Sangiovese in its various expressions: Canto del Diavolo Toscana, a pure Sangiovese that has drawn attention from Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, and Falstaff; and Canto del Diavolo Chianti Classico Riserva, which deepens the varietal's structure through extended aging.
