Cantina di Soave produces wines from the volcanic slopes of Verona in northeastern Italy's Veneto region. The winery focuses on Garganega, the indigenous white variety that defines Soave's mineral, crisp character. The Soave Classico Casaltorre expresses the grape's signature profile of green apple and almond, while the Recioto di Soave Classico—a sweet rendition made from dried grapes—concentrates those flavors into honeyed complexity.
