Cantine de Falco operates in Puglia, the sun-drenched heel of Southern Italy, where indigenous grapes thrive in warm, maritime conditions. The winery draws from the region's deep well of Negroamaro, Primitivo, and the lesser-known Susumaniello—varieties that define Salento's character. The Negroamaro Salento and Artiglio Rosato, a Susumaniello-based wine, represent the winery's core offerings and have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Falstaff. The Bocca della Verità Primitivo Salento rounds out the portfolio, anchoring the house in Puglia's signature dark-skinned grape. These wines reflect the region's volcanic soils and intense sunlight, which push ripe, structured reds and dry, mineral-edged rosés.
