The Brut Nature Pinot Noir Rosado Eco, made from Pinot Noir, represents the winery's approach to dry, unadulterated sparkling wine. Its Cava Brut Nature, built from the classic Catalan trio, and Cava Glac Nature Brut Rosé, which blends those same varieties with Pinot Noir, round out a focused portfolio of zero-dosage and minimal-intervention sparkling wines.
