Celler del Roure works with the native grapes of Valencia, a region in eastern Spain where Mediterranean warmth and local terroir shape distinctive red wines. The winery's portfolio centers on Monastrell, a variety that thrives in this climate and forms the backbone of their flagship releases. Parotet, a blend of Monastrell and Mandón, stands as their highest-rated expression, followed by Safrà—a more complex blend incorporating Garnacha Tintorera alongside Monastrell and Mandón. Maduresa rounds out the core range, pairing Monastrell with Cariñena for additional structure.
