Cembra produces wines from the Alpine foothills of Trentino, where cool mountain air and mineral-rich soils shape crisp, structured expressions. The winery focuses on sparkling and still wines built from classic northern Italian varieties. Its Oro Rosso Dosaggio Zero, a Chardonnay-based méthode classica, demonstrates the precision possible in this terroir, as does the Oro Rosso Extra Brut, a Pinot Nero and Chardonnay blend.
