Château Aiguilloux produces wines from Languedoc-Roussillon, a region celebrated for robust reds built on Mediterranean varieties. The winery's portfolio centers on Corbières and Boutenac appellations, where Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan thrive in the warm southern climate. Cuvée des Trois Seigneurs Corbières, a Grenache and Syrah blend, and Infinity Cru Boutenac, built on Carignan and Grenache, represent the core of the range. Both wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, and Decanter. The Corbières bottling, a Syrah-based expression, rounds out the lineup. These are wines of the Languedoc terroir—structured, fruit-forward, and built for food.
