Château Capion produces wines from Languedoc-Roussillon, a region celebrated for its sun-warmed Mediterranean character and depth of fruit. The winery's Rouge—a blend of Shiraz/Syrah and Grenache—demonstrates the region's command of these southern varieties, earning recognition from Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Decanter, and Wine Enthusiast. Le Songe d'Éocène Rouge, a more complex blend incorporating Mourvèdre alongside Shiraz/Syrah and Grenache, adds textural dimension and structure. On the white side, the Blanc combines Roussanne and Chardonnay, balancing the aromatic richness of Roussanne with Chardonnay's body and minerality.
