The winery's portfolio spans white, fortified, and red expressions, each rooted in the terroir's sun-drenched character. Le Jaja Ècolo Blanc blends Vermentino and Chardonnay into a crisp, mineral-driven white. The Muscat de Rivesaltes, made from Moscatel, carries the region's tradition of sweet, aromatic fortified wines. Talon Rouge Côtes du Roussillon Villages draws on Syrah and Mourvèdre—grapes that thrive in the warm continental climate—to produce structured reds with dark fruit and spice.
