Chateau Hauterive Le Haut draws from the sun-baked terroirs of Languedoc-Roussillon, where Mediterranean heat and limestone soils shape wines of depth and structure. The winery's portfolio centers on the Rhône varieties that thrive in this southern French region: Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre form the backbone of Faiti, a wine that balances dark fruit intensity with the garrigue-tinged minerality characteristic of the Languedoc. Averal Corbières Boutenac, built on Carignan and Grenache, expresses the rustic power and earthiness of its appellation. A dry rosé rounds the range, blending Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault into a wine of pale salmon hue and crisp acidity.
