Château Romer

Château Romer produces Sauternes in Bordeaux, the legendary sweet wine region of southwest France. The winery's Sauternes blends Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Muscadelle—the classic trio of the appellation. Sémillon provides the foundation, developing honeyed richness and waxy texture when affected by noble rot; Sauvignon Blanc contributes aromatic lift and acidity; Muscadelle adds floral complexity.
