Cincinnato works with the native grapes of Lazio, the volcanic region south of Rome where Mediterranean warmth and mineral-rich soils shape distinctive red wines. The winery's Argeo Cesanese, made from the region's signature dark variety, demonstrates the grape's capacity for structure and depth. Nero Buono di Cori, another Lazio native, appears across two bottlings: Ercole and Pollùce, each expressing the variety's dark fruit character and tannin framework.
