Codorníu produces sparkling wines from Spain's Cava region, where limestone soils and Mediterranean climate shape crisp, mineral-driven expressions. The winery works primarily with indigenous varieties—Parellada, Xarel-lo—alongside international grapes like Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Ars Collecta Parellada Brut, made from Parellada alone, demonstrates the variety's delicate stone-fruit character and fine acidity. The Gran Reserva 456 Brut blends Xarel-lo, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay into a more complex cuvée with depth and structure. Beyond Cava, Codorníu also produces Leiras Albariño from Rías Baixas, capturing that region's coastal salinity and citrus intensity. Wines from the portfolio have been assessed by Decanter, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Falstaff.
