Coffele operates in Valpolicella, the Veneto region of northern Italy renowned for its distinctive dried-grape wines and mineral-driven whites. The winery's portfolio centers on Garganega, the local variety that defines the area's character—a grape capable of producing both crisp, structured whites and the concentrated sweetness of passito styles. Ca' Visco Bianco, a Garganega expression, and Le Sponde Recioto di Soave Classico, a traditional dried-grape wine from the same variety, represent the winery's engagement with the region's core identity. Le Selle Passito, made from Sauvignon Blanc, extends into a different aromatic register while maintaining the passito method central to Valpolicella's heritage. The wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, Decanter, and Falstaff.
