Corte Giara produces wines from Veneto in northern Italy, drawing on the region's signature grapes and traditional methods. The winery's portfolio centers on Amarone della Valpolicella and Ripasso expressions—wines built from Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, and Molinara. Amarone, the flagship, emerges from dried grapes and carries the weight and complexity the style demands; the Ripasso versions offer a lighter frame, vinified with the dried-grape pomace of Amarone production. These wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Falstaff. The Amarone della Valpolicella averages 91 points across prestige critics, while both Ripasso bottlings average 88 points.
