Corte San Benedetto produces wines from Valpolicella, the historic red wine region of Veneto in Northern Italy. The winery focuses on the native grapes of the zone—Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, and Corvinone—crafted into the region's signature styles. The Riserva Camporal Amarone della Valpolicella, a dried-grape wine of concentrated power and structure, represents the winery's top expression. Alongside it stand the Amarone della Valpolicella Classico and the Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore, each built from the same core varieties in different proportions and methods. Amarone, made from air-dried grapes, yields deep color, high alcohol, and rich tannins; Ripasso, a lighter style where young wine is refermented on Amarone skins, offers more immediate approachability.
