Delgado Zuleta
Delgado Zuleta operates in Jerez-Xérès-Sherry, the storied fortified wine region of Andalucía in southern Spain. The winery's portfolio centers on the traditional sherries of the region, built from Palomino—the classic grape of Jerez. The B. Rodriguez La-Cave Cuestecilla Amontillado, a dry oxidative sherry aged under flor, represents the house's work with this varietal at its most refined. The B. Rodríguez La-Cave Manzanilla Barbiana En Rama, an unfiltered expression of the lighter, more delicate manzanilla style, offers another angle on Palomino's mineral and saline character. Beyond the traditional fortified wines, Delgado Zuleta also produces Lola Rosé from Garnacha, extending into still wine territory.
