Delheim

Delheim produces wines from Stellenbosch, in South Africa's Coastal Region. The winery works with varieties well-suited to the area's terroir: Pinotage, Shiraz, and Chenin Blanc. The Vera Cruz Pinotage and Vera Cruz Shiraz represent the house's focus on red wine expression, while the Chenin Blanc Wild Ferment demonstrates engagement with white wine fermentation techniques.
