Domaine Barat works the limestone terroirs of Chablis, where Chardonnay thrives in cool northern Burgundy. The winery's portfolio centers on the region's signature expression: unoaked white wine of mineral precision and acidity. The I'Umami Chablis Premier Cru 'Côte de Lechet' and Chablis Premier Cru 'Côte de Lechét' represent the upper tier of production, drawing from premier cru vineyard sites that impart structure and complexity.
