Domaine de l'Amauve operates in Séguret, a village appellation within the Southern Rhône's Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages designation. The winery produces red and white wines from the region's classic varietals. Les Merrelies, a Syrah and Grenache blend, represents the house's red program. The Réserve bottling layers Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Syrah into a more complex expression. On the white side, La Daurèle combines Viognier, Roussanne, and Marsanne—the traditional Rhône white blend. These wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, and Decanter.
