Le dit de l'Hortus L'Ombrée Pic-Saint-Loup, a Syrah-based wine, has been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, and Decanter. The estate also produces Le dit de l'Hortus La Soulane Pic-Saint-Loup from Mourvèdre, and the Pic-Saint-Loup Grande Cuvée, a Syrah blend. These wines reflect the intensity and structure typical of Pic-Saint-Loup, where altitude and exposure create conditions for ripe, concentrated fruit balanced by mineral tension.
