Domaine de l'Olivette produces rosés from Bandol, the Provençal appellation renowned for structured, mineral-driven wines built on Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Cinsault. The winery's two flagship rosés—Bandol Rosé and Cuvée Spéciale Bandol Rosé—blend these varieties in different proportions, each capturing the region's characteristic balance of fruit and salinity. Both wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, and Decanter. Bandol rosés occupy a middle ground between the pale, delicate styles of the western Côte d'Azur and the deeper, more tannic expressions of the region's reds. These wines reflect terroir shaped by Mediterranean sun, mistral winds, and limestone-rich soils that lend minerality and aging potential uncommon in rosé.
