Domaine de Rombeau

Domaine de Rombeau produces wines from Languedoc-Roussillon, the sprawling southern French region known for bold Mediterranean varietals and sun-soaked terroirs. The winery's portfolio centers on Rhône-style blends built from Mourvedre, Syrah, and Grenache—grapes that thrive in the region's warm climate and limestone soils. The Elise Vieilles Vignes Côtes du Roussillon Villages, a Mourvedre-Syrah-Grenache blend, represents the winery's top expression, followed by the Pierre de La Fabrègue Côtes du Roussillon, a similar varietal composition. Both wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate and Falstaff. The winery also produces a Muscat Sec from Muscat Blanc, offering a lighter, aromatic counterpoint to its red offerings. These wines reflect the character of southern France: ripe fruit, structured tannins, and the mineral imprint of the Roussillon terroir.
