Domaine Glinavos produces wines from Zitsa, a small appellation in the Ioannina region of Epiros, Greece. The winery focuses on Debina, the indigenous white variety that defines the area's sparkling and still wine tradition. Primus-Zitsa, the flagship expression, showcases Debina's mineral character and natural acidity. The winery also produces Zitsa Brut, a sparkling wine that reflects the region's cool-climate conditions and limestone soils. Both wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator and Decanter, establishing a presence among international critics.
