Domaine Hamelin works in Chablis, the northernmost expression of Burgundy's Chardonnay tradition. The winery's core range spans the appellation's three tiers: unoaked Chablis, Premier Cru selections from Vau Ligneau and Beauroy, and the mineral-driven whites that define the region. Chablis terroir—cool continental climate, limestone-rich soils, minimal oak intervention—shapes wines of clarity and precision. Vau Ligneau Chablis Premier Cru and Beauroy Chablis Premier Cru represent the winery's Premier Cru work, both pure Chardonnay expressions. The entry-level Chablis rounds out the portfolio.
